There is Phase 3 and 4 and 5 out? Well in this phase is better than phase 4 it is just like normal phase 5 but more creeper. Define means to describe or explain clearly and precisely the meaning, nature, boundaries, or essence of something. It could be a concept, word, object, subject, issue, etc.. It entails setting out its characteristics specifically, enabling it to be recognized, distinguished, or understood. In the context of a word, it means to explain the meaning of the word.
